　　习主席在党的二十大报告中指出，从现在起，中国共产党的中心任务就是团结带领全国各族人民全面建成社会主义现代化强国、实现第二个百年奋斗目标，以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴。其中“以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴”这一重要论断，内涵丰富、思想深刻，具有重大理论价值和实践指导意义，需要我们深入学习领悟。

　　近代以来，无数仁人志士孜孜以求的目标，就是改变中国贫穷落后面貌，实现民族复兴。实现民族复兴，就必须推进国家现代化。然而历史却证明，想走西方国家现代化的路子行不通，照抄照搬别国工业化发展的模式也“水土不服”。只有在中国共产党领导下，才能彻底推翻“三座大山”，完全实现民族独立自主，基本建立起社会主义制度，不断探索具有中国特色的现代化道路，明确提出和全面推进我国社会主义现代化建设的目标和任务。从第三届全国人大一次会议提出“四个现代化”的战略目标，到党的十二大鲜明提出“走自己的道路，建设有中国特色的社会主义”，特别是党的十八大以来，我们党对建设社会主义现代化国家在认识上不断深入、战略上不断成熟、实践上不断丰富、理论上不断创新，成功推进和拓展了中国式现代化。

These important expositions clarify the basic characteristics of Chinese modernization: First, the population is huge. China is the most populous country and the largest developing country in the world, and its huge population has entered modernization, which is unprecedented in the world. More than 1.4 billion people have entered a modern society as a whole, and its scale exceeds the sum of the existing developed countries, which will completely rewrite the modern world map. Today, I feel honored that the Municipal Women’s Federation has provided me with this opportunity to get together with leaders and sisters from all walks of life in Yichang to share their feelings about starting a business.

At the moment, as a female representative in the field of architecture, I have worked side by side with my male compatriots on the road of chasing dreams, and I have the same vast world. Thanks to the policies of the party and the state, we have provided a stage for realizing our ideals and achieving ourselves.

I was born in the mountainous area of southern Hubei. I came to Yichang more than 20 years ago. The beautiful scenery of "Little Jiangnan" made people catch a glimpse, as well as the simple Tujia folk customs, Yichang’s tolerance and enthusiasm, etc., which deeply attracted me.

Coincidentally, in 2004, Mr. Xu Dehong, a native of Jiangsu, and I joined hands to establish Guangsheng Group. After 15 years of hard work, Guangsheng Group has developed from a small and micro enterprise with only a few people at the beginning to a construction group with more than 600 management teams and nearly 10,000 laborers, and has become a well-known enterprise in Yichang and even Hubei. I myself have also grown into the vice president of the Provincial Construction Association and won the title of outstanding entrepreneur in the national construction industry. Especially in 2018, Guangsheng Group filled two gaps in Yichang’s construction industry: First, the party school project of Yichang Municipal Committee won the Luban Award, the highest honor in China’s construction industry, and achieved a "zero breakthrough" for local construction enterprises in Yichang; The second is to invest 500 million yuan to build the first prefabricated building production base in western Hubei and eastern Chongqing in Yiling District, laying a solid foundation for the green and high-quality development of the construction field in Yichang and beyond.

Perhaps because of women’s unique "maternal love complex", Guangsheng Group regarded her as its own child from the day she was born, and named her Guangsheng, which means "honesty and broadness, high quality". My partners and I firmly believe that Guangsheng Group can achieve steady, controllable and sustainable development only by implementing the direct operation mode of centralized management and control. Since its establishment 15 years ago, Guangsheng has never fought a lawsuit, had a labor dispute or stayed in dormant account. As the chairman of the board, no one has ever urged me for money in 15 years. Good operation quality has accumulated a good reputation, and the customer’s "return rate" is as high as 90%. Nowadays, Guangsheng’s direct sales model has become a model of the province’s construction industry, and some well-known private construction enterprises inside and outside the province have come to learn from it.

Seeing Guangsheng grow from a weak baby to a strong young man, a kind of mother-like relief and pride arises spontaneously. People often say that a woman is weak, and being a mother is just, but I want to say that a woman is weak and just because of love!

When people inside and outside the industry are surprised by Guangsheng’s current strength and achievements, I think I know the taste best. Leaders and sisters, I would like to take this opportunity to share some stories with you today.

In 2007, Yichang Library won the first place in the bid opening results! However, Party A does not believe that a small enterprise like Guangsheng has the ability to undertake such an influential public construction project, and has turned its favor to a central enterprise ranked second. When I got the news, it was already the eve of making the winning bid public. Although time was tight, I wouldn’t give up as long as there was a glimmer of hope! We went to great lengths to find out that Party A’s leaders were attending official activities, so we starved and stayed near the activity point on a cold winter night, and finally met Party A’s leaders. Perhaps our sincerity and tenacity touched each other. After in-depth exchanges, the results were publicized the next day and won the bid. I understand that there will be a "battle of honor" and a "battle of brands" next. In order to plant the banner of "Guangsheng" in the construction highland of Yichang, during the whole construction process, our management team ate and lived at the site and paid unimaginable hardships!

Everything comes to him who waits. The library project has not only become an observation project in Yichang, but also won the unique double "Chutian Cup" of quality and safety in the whole province in that year, which has become a landmark project in Guangsheng’s development history.

Frankly speaking, the competition in the construction industry is too cruel, and all kinds of risks are everywhere. If we are slightly negligent, the consequences will be unimaginable. One year, Guangsheng signed a lump sum contract according to the usual practice. However, due to the global financial crisis, the price of building materials rose greatly, and steel alone faced a loss of more than 3.6 million yuan. At that time, the builders who carried out lump-sum contract asked Party A for additional materials and even forced Party A by stopping work or not handing over the house, but Guangsheng didn’t do so. We strictly followed the contract price, and Guangsheng silently assumed millions of losses.

Although the similar behavior of "abiding by contracts and valuing credit" paid a price, it did not live up to the initial intention of "honesty and breadth, quality and prosperity", and Guangsheng gradually won a broader market.

Guangsheng, while developing enterprises and striving to "make blood", also insists on public welfare to feed back the society. In order to solve the separation problem of migrant workers’ husband and wife, Guangsheng actively created conditions and helped more than 500 women to work in cities with their husbands, effectively solving the worries of migrant workers working in cities.

I am sincerely grateful to the women’s federations at all levels for their trust in Guangsheng Group and their personal affirmation. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank my family. Family is a "ballast stone". After 27 years of marriage, my husband and I have been in love with each other, and my husband and children have also given me a very happy home. It is the warmth and help of my loved ones that makes my feet more powerful and my pace more determined!

The GOVY AIRJET flying car adopts the design concept of "hidden front", with a height of 2.3 meters, equipped with self-developed motors of GAC and multiple redundant systems, with a nominal cruising range of more than 200 kilometers, which supports rapid recharge in 30 minutes.
